Rolex Daytona Wall Clocks
A Daytona wall clock puts the most famous racing-chronograph dial in the world on your wall: three sub-dial counters, a bold outer ring, and a colour palette that runs from panda black-and-white to full gold. This is the largest collection in our Rolex wall clock range — thirty designs, in both wall and desk formats.
The sub-dials are the point. No other dial layout signals “watch culture” this clearly from across a room, and no other collection we make offers this much variety in bezel metals, dial colours and editions — including Paul Newman-inspired vintage dials and meteorite-style faces.

Why order from Clocks Atelier?
Thirty designs is a lot of choice, and choice only helps if every piece is built and supported the same way. Here is what stands behind this collection.
01
Unique pieces
Editions you will not find gathered anywhere else — panda and reverse-colour dials, Paul Newman-inspired vintage faces, meteorite-style textures and full-gold builds, all specified for our own range.
02
Worldwide shipping
Tracked international delivery on every order. Destinations, timings and the returns process are set out on our shipping and returns page.
03
High-quality materials
Wall models use a stainless steel 304L case with a tempered glass front. A sub-dial layout has far more edges and printed detail than a plain dial — crisp casework is what keeps it looking precise rather than busy.
04
2-year warranty
Two years of cover on the movement against manufacturing defects affecting normal timekeeping. Full terms and exclusions are on our warranty page.
05
Fair prices
The whole collection sits in a narrow band, and the special editions — Paul Newman, meteorite-style, panda — cost roughly the same as the plain dials. Rarity of look, not rarity pricing.
06
Secure checkout & support
Encrypted card payment through Stripe, and people who reply. If a clock arrives damaged in transit, contact us and we resolve it case by case.
An honest note on the sub-dials
The three counters on a Daytona clock face are decorative, not a working chronograph. The clock displays hours, minutes and seconds with a silent sweeping movement; the sub-dials exist to carry the racing-chronograph look, which is exactly what most buyers want from this design at wall scale. We would rather say that plainly here than have you discover it in the box. If you want the busiest, most technical-looking dial we make, this is it — but it tells the time, it does not time laps.
The editions worth knowing
Thirty designs sort into a few clear families. Knowing them makes the collection much easier to shop.
Panda
The icon
White dial, black sub-dials — the highest-contrast pairing in watch design and the one most people picture when they hear the name. If you want one Daytona clock and maximum recognition, start here.
Paul Newman
The vintage pair
Two designs with vintage-style dials — one with a bone-and-black face, one in aged black — referencing the most collectible chronograph dials ever made. The most enthusiast-coded pieces in the collection.
Meteorite style
The textured two
A grey meteorite-pattern dial under a black or gold bezel. To be clear: it is a decorative visual finish, not genuine meteorite — and it is the most distinctive surface we offer at close range.
Gold & rose gold
The warm metals
Ten designs pair gold or rose gold bezels with white, black, green or gold dials. The full-gold build is the single most opulent clock in our entire range.
Steel & silver
The cool classics
Silver bezels with white, black, blue or all-silver dials. The most versatile group and the easiest to place in a modern interior.
Colour accents
The statement dials
Tiffany-blue, green, and black-with-red-bezel-marker editions for rooms that want one deliberate hit of colour with their racing character.
Wall clock or desk clock?
Daytona is one of the few collections we build in two formats, and they serve different rooms.
Wall clocks — 35 cm
- 35 cm / 13.8 in diameter — roughly a vinyl sleeve, sized to anchor a wall above furniture
- Stainless steel 304L case with a tempered glass front
- The full spread of editions: panda, Paul Newman, meteorite style, Tiffany blue, full gold
- Best above consoles, desks and sideboards, and in offices and lounges
Desk clocks — 25 × 38 cm
- 25 cm dial on a stand, 38 cm tall overall — a freestanding display piece
- Premium metal case with a clear glass front
- Eight designs in steel, gold, rose gold and full black, including a red-tachymeter edition
- Best on desks, shelves, watch cabinets and reception counters — no drilling required
If you are furnishing a desk or shelf specifically, our full desk clock collection gathers every freestanding model in one place.
How to choose your Daytona wall clock
The build is consistent across the collection, so the choice is visual. Three decisions cover it.
Step 01
Pick the contrast level
Sub-dials read best when they contrast with the main dial: panda (white/black) and its reverse are the loudest, tone-on-tone builds like full black, full gold and silver-on-silver are the quietest. High contrast for a wall you see from a distance; tonal for a room that is already busy.
Step 02
Match the bezel metal
Match it to the hardware in the room, not the wall paint. Silver suits grey, chrome and cool modern rooms; gold is the formal, warm choice against dark walls and timber; rose gold pairs with blush, taupe and brass. The black bezels behave as a neutral and go almost anywhere.
Step 03
Decide how loud the reference should be
The Paul Newman and panda dials are recognised instantly by anyone who follows watches. The plain silver-and-white or gold-and-black builds read simply as a handsome chronograph-style clock. Both are valid — decide whether the clock is a statement of enthusiasm or just a good-looking object.

Where it works
A racing dial suits rooms with some energy in them.
- Home offices. The strongest room for this collection — the detailed dial rewards a wall you face all day, and there is no tick on calls.
- Garages, games rooms and man caves. The natural habitat of a racing chronograph. The black-and-red and panda editions especially.
- Living rooms. Gold or rose gold builds above a console read as luxury objects first, motorsport second.
- Watch rooms. Above a display case, a Paul Newman or meteorite-style dial signals real familiarity with the reference.
- Desks and shelves. The eight desk editions bring the same dial to places you cannot drill.
- Showrooms and barbershops. Bold, legible branding-free décor with a masculine lean.
Daytona or another Rolex wall clock?
Every collection shares the silent sweeping movement and steel-and-glass wall build. The dial decides it.
Submariner
The other sports icon — a cleaner tool-watch dial with a date window and Cyclops option instead of sub-dials. Choose it if Daytona feels one notch too busy.
GMT-Master
Two-colour bezels — Pepsi, Batman, Coke, Sprite — and a date function. Colour-led where Daytona is layout-led.
Datejust
The dress alternative: fluted bezels, a date aperture and no sporting references at all. The right answer for formal rooms.
Oyster Perpetual
Plain dials in ten colours. Choose it if you want colour without the chronograph layout.
Mounting and care
Before you hang it
- Give the detail its distance. Sub-dials are the first thing to blur at range. Under four metres, every edition works; beyond that, choose high-contrast pairings like panda or gold-and-black so the layout stays crisp.
- Desk models need no wall at all. If your best spot is a shelf, cabinet or counter, take the desk format instead of compromising on wall position.
- Allow 55 cm of clear span for a wall model, above furniture 60–100 cm wide, with the dial centred near 160 cm.
- Fix into something solid. A stud or a properly rated wall plug, never a picture hook in plasterboard.
Keeping it right
- Indoors only. Not water resistant — racing styling or not, keep it out of bathrooms, garages with damp problems and covered outdoor areas. Moisture damage is excluded from warranty cover.
- Fresh alkaline AA. One cell drives the sweep. Replace it before it runs flat; battery leakage is not covered.
- Clean the glass only. Dry or barely damp microfibre. A printed multi-scale dial is not user-serviceable — never open the case.
- Dust the desk models. A freestanding clock collects dust on the stand and case top; the glass keeps the dial itself sealed.
Daytona wall clock FAQ
Are these clocks made or endorsed by Rolex?
No. Clocks Atelier is an independent design studio and these are watch-inspired decorative wall and desk clocks designed and sold by us. They are not manufactured, licensed, endorsed by or affiliated with Rolex SA or any watch manufacturer, and they are not watches or replicas of watches. Names such as Daytona describe the design language a clock refers to, nothing more.
Do the chronograph sub-dials actually work?
No — and we say so on every product page. The three counters are decorative, carrying the racing-chronograph look at wall scale. The clock itself displays hours, minutes and seconds with a silent sweeping movement. There is no stopwatch function.
What sizes do Daytona clocks come in?
Wall models are 35 cm (13.8 in) in diameter. Desk models are 25 cm across and 38 cm tall on their stand (9.8 × 15 in). If you want something larger than 35 cm for a big wall, see our large wall clocks.
What is a panda dial?
A white dial with black sub-dial counters — named for the obvious reason. It is the most recognisable chronograph colourway ever made and the highest-contrast option in this collection, which also makes it one of the most legible at a distance.
Is the meteorite dial real meteorite?
No. The two meteorite-style editions carry a decorative visual finish that reproduces the crystalline pattern; the dial is not made from genuine meteorite material. We state this on the product pages as well — it is the most distinctive dial texture we offer, honestly described.
What makes the Paul Newman editions different?
They reference the vintage “exotic dial” chronographs that became the most collectible watches ever sold. Our two versions carry that vintage character — one with a bone-and-black dial, one in aged black — and are the pieces most often bought by people who follow the auction side of watch culture.
Are the movements silent?
Yes. Every Daytona clock — wall and desk — uses a silent sweeping quartz movement. The second hand glides continuously with no audible tick, which suits offices, bedrooms and rooms used for calls or recording.
What are they made of?
Wall models: a stainless steel 304L case with a tempered glass front. Desk models: a premium metal case with a clear glass front on an integrated stand. Bezels come in silver, gold, rose gold and black finishes.
What warranty is included?
A 2-year warranty on the movement, covering manufacturing defects that affect normal timekeeping. Batteries and leakage, broken glass, impact damage, water exposure, outdoor use and unauthorised repair are excluded. Full terms are on our warranty page.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, with tracking on every order. Delivery timings, destinations and the returns process are on our shipping and returns page, which is the authoritative source for current terms.
How are they powered?
One AA battery per clock, wall or desk. Batteries are not always included with shipment, so have a fresh alkaline AA ready — a strong cell keeps the sweeping movement running evenly from day one.
Which Daytona clock makes the best gift?
For someone who follows watches: a Paul Newman edition or the panda — both signal that the giver knows the reference. For someone who simply likes handsome objects: gold-and-black or the desk clocks, which need no wall space and sit straight onto a desk. For something one of a kind, our custom clocks can carry a logo or personal design.
