Two-tone watch-inspired décor

Rolex GMT-Master Wall Clocks

A GMT-Master wall clock is the one you buy for the bezel. Pepsi red-and-blue, Batman black-and-blue, Coke black-and-red, Sprite green-and-black — the most famous colour pairings in watchmaking, scaled to 35 cm with a working date window and an optional Cyclops lens over it.

It is also the most accessible entry into our Rolex wall clock range: wall models start lower than any other collection we make, and three of the colourways come as desk clocks too.

Why order from Clocks Atelier?

A two-tone bezel is the hardest detail on a clock to get right — the colour split has to be crisp or the whole reference falls apart. That is where the build earns its keep.

01

Unique pieces

All five classic colourways under one roof — Pepsi, Batman, Coke, Sprite and the black-and-grey Bruce Wayne — plus gold, vintage green-and-gold and monochrome editions you will not find as a set elsewhere.

02

Worldwide shipping

Tracked international delivery on every order. Destinations, timings and returns are set out on our shipping and returns page.

03

High-quality materials

Stainless steel 304L cases with tempered glass fronts on the wall models. A hard colour boundary across the bezel shows every manufacturing shortcut — a clean split is the quality test, and it is the first thing we check.

04

2-year warranty

Two years of cover on the movement against manufacturing defects affecting normal timekeeping. Full terms and exclusions are on our warranty page.

05

Fair prices

The lowest starting price in our Rolex-inspired range, and the Cyclops lens upgrade is a modest step, not a surcharge. The colourway you choose does not change the price.

06

Secure checkout & support

Encrypted card payment through Stripe, and a team that answers afterwards. Damaged in transit? Contact us and we put it right.

The colourways, decoded

Every nickname refers to the bezel’s two-colour split. Here is what each one is, and where it belongs.

Pepsi

Red & blue

The original and still the most requested. The warm red half and cool blue half make it the most colourful object in almost any room it enters. Strongest against white, grey and pale timber; it fights busy wallpaper.

Batman

Black & blue

The modern favourite. Half the loudness of the Pepsi with all of the recognition — the blue reads as a cool accent rather than a statement. The easiest colourway to place, and our pick for offices.

Coke

Black & red

The aggressive one. Red-on-black has real energy and suits games rooms, studios, garages and bars far better than formal spaces. Pairs naturally with black furniture and dark walls.

Sprite

Green & black

The left-field choice, referencing the famous left-handed model. Green-and-black is rare on a wall, reads instantly to enthusiasts, and works beautifully with plants, brass and darker interiors.

Bruce Wayne

Black & grey

The stealth option — the Batman’s monochrome sibling. From across the room it is a smart black clock; up close the grey split reveals the reference. For rooms where colour would be wrong.

Beyond the five

Gold & vintage

A black-and-gold edition for warmer luxury rooms, a vintage gold-and-green with an aged character, and a clean black-and-white monochrome. Same build, quieter references.

The date window and the Cyclops option

Every GMT-Master clock in this collection carries a working date display — a functional date wheel behind an aperture in the dial, which is more than most decorative wall clocks offer at any price.

On the eight standard wall models you then choose the glass: a plain front, or one with a small magnifying Cyclops lens positioned over the date window. At 35 cm the date is already readable, so the lens is a design detail rather than a necessity — a raised optical bubble that catches the light and completes the watch-inspired look. It is the detail enthusiasts check for first, and the upgrade costs a modest step over the standard glass.

Choose normal glass if…

  • You want the flattest, cleanest front and the lowest price
  • The clock faces a window, where a raised lens adds a second reflection
  • You prefer the reference understated

Choose the Cyclops lens if…

  • You want the detail that makes watch people look twice
  • The clock hangs where it is seen close up
  • It is a gift for an enthusiast — this is the option they would pick

One honest limit: these are decorative clocks with hours, minutes, seconds and a date. They do not track a second time zone — the two-colour bezel is a visual reference to the travel-watch design, not a 24-hour instrument.

How to choose your GMT-Master wall clock

Step 01

Let the room pick the colourway

Neutral modern rooms take the Pepsi’s full colour well. Rooms with existing strong colour do better with Batman or Bruce Wayne. Dark, moody rooms suit the Coke and the black-and-gold. If the room has plants and warm wood, the Sprite was made for it.

Step 02

Decide on the Cyclops

Close-viewed walls — hallways, desks, shelves at eye level — reward the lens. Walls opposite windows or viewed mostly from across the room do better with plain glass. If in doubt, take the lens: it is the version people photograph.

Step 03

Wall or desk format

The Pepsi, Batman and Coke colourways also come as 25 × 38 cm freestanding desk clocks — same dial character, no drilling, perfect for desks, shelves and reception counters. See the full desk clock collection.

Where it works

Two-tone bezels bring colour without needing artwork to justify it.

  • Home offices. The Batman is our single most office-friendly design — colour, recognition and restraint in one.
  • Living rooms. Pepsi above a pale console is the collection at its most confident.
  • Games rooms and bars. Coke and Sprite thrive where the décor already has attitude.
  • Travel-themed rooms. The reference is a travel watch — studies with maps, globes and luggage take it naturally.
  • Watch rooms. A wall of two or three colourways, same size and build, is the classic collector arrangement.
  • Desks and counters. The three desk editions where a wall is not an option.

GMT-Master or another Rolex wall clock?

Same 35 cm steel-and-glass build and silent sweep across every collection. Character is the difference.

Submariner

Single-colour bezels and the same date-plus-Cyclops formula. Choose it for the dive-tool look rather than the travel colour split.

Daytona

Sub-dial chronograph styling — busier dial, no date. The racing statement where GMT is the travel one.

Datejust

The formal choice: fluted bezels, dress-watch proportions, gold and rose gold. No sports colour anywhere.

Oyster Perpetual

If it is pure colour you want, ten single-colour dials on silver bezels — colour without the two-tone reference.

Mounting and care

Before you hang it

  • Check the bezel against the room, not the screen. Two-tone bezels photograph brighter than they hang. If the room is small, the Batman or Bruce Wayne will wear better day-to-day than the Pepsi.
  • Cyclops and windows do not mix. The raised lens adds a second reflection — keep lens models off the wall directly facing a bright window.
  • Allow 55 cm of clear span, above furniture 60–100 cm wide, dial centred near 160 cm.
  • Fix into something solid. A stud or a rated wall plug — not a picture hook in plasterboard.

Keeping it right

  • Indoors only. Not water resistant. Bathrooms, damp garages and covered outdoor walls are out, and moisture damage is excluded from warranty cover.
  • Set the date on a fresh battery. The date wheel advances with the movement — install a fresh alkaline AA, set the time past midnight to check the date flips, then set both.
  • Clean the glass only. Dry or barely damp microfibre, with extra care around a raised Cyclops lens. Never spray cleaner at the case.
  • Replace cells before they die. A weak battery makes the sweep uneven first and the date sluggish second. Leakage is not covered.

GMT-Master wall clock FAQ

Are these clocks made or endorsed by Rolex?

No. Clocks Atelier is an independent design studio and these are watch-inspired decorative wall and desk clocks designed and sold by us. They are not manufactured, licensed, endorsed by or affiliated with Rolex SA or any watch manufacturer, and they are not watches or replicas of watches. Names such as GMT-Master describe the design language a clock refers to.

Does the clock show two time zones?

No — and we would rather tell you here than disappoint you at unboxing. These are decorative clocks displaying hours, minutes, seconds and the date. The two-colour bezel is a visual reference to the famous travel-watch design; there is no additional 24-hour hand or second time zone function.

Which colourways are available?

The five classics — Pepsi (red/blue), Batman (black/blue), Coke (black/red), Sprite (green/black) and Bruce Wayne (black/grey) — plus black-and-gold, a vintage gold-and-green, a monochrome black-and-white, and a custom edition you can personalise. Pepsi, Batman and Coke also come as desk clocks.

Does the date actually work?

Yes. Every model in this collection has a functional date wheel behind a real aperture in the dial — it advances with the movement like a watch date. You set it when you install the battery, and it needs the usual nudge after short months.

What is the Cyclops lens option?

On the eight standard wall models you can choose a glass front with a small magnifying lens positioned over the date window, for a modest price step over plain glass. At 35 cm the date is legible either way, so the lens is a design detail — the raised bubble that makes the dial read as a faithful nod to the original. The case, dial and movement are identical with either glass.

What size are the clocks?

Wall models are 35 cm (13.8 in) in diameter; the desk models are 25 cm across and 38 cm tall on their stand. For a bigger statement wall piece, see our large wall clocks.

Are the movements silent?

Yes. Every clock uses a silent sweeping quartz movement — the second hand glides continuously with no audible tick. Bedrooms, offices and recording spaces are all fine.

Which colourway should I choose for an office?

The Batman, in most cases — it carries the recognition of the reference with a restrained black-and-blue palette that sits well behind a desk on video calls. If your office is genuinely colour-free, the Bruce Wayne keeps the reference in monochrome.

What are they made of?

Wall models: stainless steel 304L case, tempered glass front (plain or Cyclops), functional date wheel. Desk models: premium metal case with clear glass on an integrated stand.

What warranty is included?

A 2-year warranty on the movement against manufacturing defects affecting normal timekeeping. Batteries and leakage, broken glass, impact, water exposure, outdoor use and unauthorised repair are excluded. Full terms are on our warranty page.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, with tracking on every order. Current delivery timings, destinations and the returns process are set out on our shipping and returns page.

Is this a good gift for a watch enthusiast?

One of the best in our range, because the colourways are a language enthusiasts already speak — giving someone a Pepsi or a Sprite says you know exactly what it refers to. Order it with the Cyclops lens; that is the version an enthusiast would choose. For something personalised, see our custom clocks.
